Natixis Partners advised Naxicap Partners on the sale of Ondura to Kingspan group

Ondura Group is a world leading manufacturer of roofing solutions for light roofs, with great expertise in the water and airtightness of buildings. Created around French company Onduline, the group os also owner of Alwitra, a specialist in high-quality waterproofing systems for flat roofs and the Polish company CB, a European leader of protective underlays for façade and roof. With a global footprint, Ondura operates in over 100 countries and employs 1,600 people. Led by its CEO Patrick Destang and with the active backing of Naxicap Partners since December 2017, Ondura has recorded a strong development over the last years, notably thanks to the implementation of an active external growth strategy (acquisitions of Alwitra in Germany in 2019 and CB in Poland in 2020) and numerous organic growth initiatives, allowing the Group to double the turnover between 2018 and 2021. Given that the building sector is undergoing a period of energy and ecological transition, this new step is particularly promising for the development of Ondura in joining the Kingspan Group, a global leader in high performance solutions for insulation and building envelopes.
