Patrick has 30 years of experience in M&A, during which he has advised on over 150 operations.
He started his career at BNP Paribas Banexi, then joined Andersen / Ernst & Young Corporate Finance as a Corporate Partner, and lastly Aforge Finance as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. He graduated from IEP and CESB.
Patrick is co-author of the book ““L’ingénierie financière dans la relation banque entreprise” (Edition Economica), which covers topics such as valuation, LBOs and M&A.
Patrick MAUREL
François has over 20 years of experience in M&A.
He started his career at Price Waterhouse in London, then joined Andersen Corporate Finance in Paris in 2000, and lastly Aforge Finance in 2004. In 2009, he participated in the creation of Leonardo Midcap, which became Natixis Partners in 2015.
He graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the UK.

Francois RIVALLAND
Nicolas has 20 years of experience in M&A and a recognised expertise in Technology, Media and Telecommunications.
He has worked for a variety of companies, including JP Morgan and EDF. In 2009, he participated in the creation of Leonardo Midcap, which became Natixis Partners in 2015.
He graduated from HEC.

Nicolas SEGRETAIN
Bruno has over 20 years of experience in M&A, during which he has advised on 70 transactions.
He started his career in Transaction Services at Arthur Andersen until leaving to join Aforge Finance in 2000 and contributing to its strong growth. In 2009, he participated in the creation of Leonardo Midcap, which became Natixis Partners in 2015.
He graduated from EDHEC.

Bruno STERN
Isabelle participates in the creation of Leonardo Midcap, that became Natixis Partners as of 2015. She started her career at Adecco as COO for the group’s holding companies. Afterwards she joined the M&A company Aforge Finance as COO-CFO and member of the Executive Committee.
Isabelle graduated from ESSEC and holds a bachelor’s degree in Modern Litterature from Sorbonne University in Paris.

Paul joined Natixis Partners in 2015 and has over 15 years of experience in M&A.
He started his career at Banexi – BNP Paribas, and then joined Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance and Vranken Pommery as CEO.

Paul BAMBERGER
Vincent joined Natixis Partners in 2020 and has over 23 years of experience in M&A.
He started his career at Rothschild in 1997 within the ABN AMRO Rothschild joint-venture and where he joined the Utilities and Infrastructure team in 2005. Vincent joined Natixis in 2012 as Head of France M&A, and then as Global Head of Infrastructure M&A from 2016.
He is a graduate of HEC.

Georges joined Natixis Partners in 2018 and has over 23 years of experience in M&A.
