Natixis Partners advised Eurodia Group on the sale of its tartaric stabilization activities for the wine market, Œnodia
Founded in 1996, Œnodia is the oenology division of Eurodia Industrie, global specialist in custom, eco-efficient industrial processes for liquids purification for the food industry (dairy/cheese, sugar, wine) and other industries embracing the ecological/energy transition (biomass, lithium).
Since almost 30 years, Œnodia offers innovative and high-performing eco-solutions for stabilizing wines, based on the selective extraction of ions involved in tartaric instability (Electrodialysis technology), and also for filtering, controlling the ph and alcohol level of wines.
Based in France and in Napa Valley (US), Œnodia teams are operating worldwide, with more than 250 wineries equiped in 30+ countries.
