Natixis Partners advised Asmodee on its €940m bonds issuance and €150m revolving credit facility

Asmodee is a global publisher and distributor of tabletop games (board games, trading card games etc.). Natixis Partners acted as financial advisor to Asmodee in the successful issuance of a €940m combined senior secured bonds offering aimed at refinancing its existing bridge loan, as well as the set-up of a €150m RCF to enhance the group’s financial flexibility. The transaction was carried out as part of Asmodee’s contemplated spin-off from Sweden’s Embracer as an independent company on the Nasdaq Stockholm stock exchange early next year. The bonds issuance was executed via a bank syndicate led by BNP Paribas and JP Morgan, serving as joint global coordinators and joint physical bookrunners. SEB, Societe Generale CIB, Swedbank and Credit Agricole CIB were joint bookrunners. ING and NatWest Markets were co-managers. The RCF has been secured with the banks involved in the bonds issuance and DNB. This transaction underscores Natixis Partners’ expertise in advising clients on complex and high-profile financial operations. Natixis Partners is pleased to have advised Asmodee on this transaction and sincerely thanks them for their trust.
