Natixis Partners advised Qualium Investissement and Lauxera Capital Partners on the acquisition of VERDOT Ips²

Qualium Investissement and Lauxera Capital Partners have acquired a majority stake in VERDOT Ips² from Capital Export, alongside its management team and existing financial shareholders. VERDOT Ips² specializes in the design, manufacture, and sale of purification solutions by liquid chromatography and tangential filtration, mainly for the biopharmaceutical sector. With the support of Qualium Investissement and Lauxera Capital Partners, VERDOT Ips² will accelerate its international development, particularly in the United States where the group already achieves more than 50% of its turnover and will also aim to complete its product range in complementary or adjacent technologies, either organically or through external growth.
