Natixis Partners advised Evolem and the Imagine Human Group in the carve-out of Val Solutions to Extens

Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to Evolem and the Imagine Human Group on the disposal of its subsidiary Val Solutions to Extens, a French Private Equity fund focusing on software and tech in the health sector which acquired a majority stake alongside the Management. Founded in 1982, Val Solutions is a French software publisher for occupational health and safety services management, market leader in France. The historical full web solution has been replaced since the end of 2020 by a 100% SaaS platform uEgar, offering several features for employees, employers and occupational health professionals. The company is recognized as a pioneer in its market by the various occupational health and safety services (Intercompanies, Companies and Civil Services). The company markets its products to c. 560 clients covering more than 12 million employees and records an ARR growth of more than 30% in 2022. With this new shareholder, Val Solutions aims to strengthen its leading position in France and to pursue the migration of its historical solution to a connected SaaS platform.
