Acquisition of a stake in Fnac-Darty

Following the acquisition of an 11.35% stake in Fnac-Darty, mainly from the investment company Knight Vinke, SFAM Group becomes the second largest shareholder of Fnac-Darty. Through this transaction, SFAM Group shows its confidence in Fnac-Darty’s long-term strategy. The company intends to continue its strategic partnership with the listed entity, mainly through the distribution of premium services.
