Natixis Partners advised Abénex Capital, Galiena Capital and the management in the sale of SET Environnement to Sofival

Advised by Natixis Partners, Abénex Capital, Galiena Capital and the management team have completed the sale of SET Environnement, a leading player in asbestos removal on commercial and industrial buildings, to Sofival. The management continues to strengthen its shareholding position through this second LBO. With more than 3,000 projects completed since its creation, SET Environnement has developed a strong expertise in asbestos removal with an ability to operate in complex situations and notably in occupied sites for the private sector. The Group also benefits from a know-how on other substances removal such as lead. Moreover, SET Environnement has developed complementary activities with the creation of GET in 2016, specialist of maintenance services in asbestos contaminated environment, and the acquisition of AFC the same year, specialist of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning. Headquartered in Wissous, near Paris, the Group employs c. 150 people and generates c. €25m of sales.
