Nedap France, a specialist in RFID identification, access control, and security for sensitive sites and retail, is acquired by Solutys Group

Solutys Group, a leading integrator of automatic identification, traceability, and professional mobility solutions based on barcodes and RFID, backed by Naxicap Partners since 2023, announces the acquisition of Nedap France, a key player in premium electronic security solutions. Founded nearly 30 years ago, Nedap France specializes in the commercialization, system engineering, and integration of premium electronic security solutions, including access control for sensitive sites and RFID traceability for retail and libraries. The Group employs 160 people across France, Germany, Switzerland, and Morocco. Natixis Partners advised B&Capital, the majority shareholder, as well as the Management of Nedap France, on this transaction with Solutys Group.
