Misterbooking, a leading French SaaS hotel management software provider, joins Septeo

Septeo has announced the acquisition of Misterbooking, one of the leading French providers of hotel management software, further strengthening its Hospitality division and consolidating its position as a leading technology provider in the hospitality sector. With this acquisition, Septeo continues to expand its comprehensive software offering tailored to all types of hotels. Founded over 20 years ago by David Glineur, Misterbooking has become a key player in the French hotel tech landscape. Based in Bouc-Bel-Air, near Aix-en-Provence, the company equips more than 1,800 establishments (hotel groups, independents, and chains). Its cloud-based PMS features a full suite of integrated tools, including a booking engine, channel manager, accounting export, online pre-check-in, and automated payment, enabling a fully digital and seamless guest experience. Natixis Partners advised the shareholders of Misterbooking on this transaction.
