Natixis Partners advised Packing Group (Sobemab, 3S) in the reorganization of its capital around its Management team, Siparex and BNP Paribas Développement

Packing Group, established in the iconic regions of Bourgogne and Languedoc in France, specializes in wine bottling, storage and logistics. Created 50 years ago, this family group is now a one-stop-shop for the winemaking sector, with a wide range of value-added services, and large capacities with 4 bottling and logistics sites. Packing achieves more than €40 million revenue and handles 80 million bottles per year, mostly for export markets. Backed since 2018 by Siparex, Charles Roux, current CEO, wished to reorganize the group's capital in order to initiate managerial transmission with 6 key managers. On this occasion, the group welcomes BNP Paribas Développement, and Siparex reinvests. This operation will also allow the Group to pursue its development with structuring investments to increase bottling capacities and an active external growth strategy.
