Natixis Partners advised the founding family of Groupe Le Foll in the sale of its Building and Public Works subsidiary to Spie Batignolles, a leading player in France in the building, infrastructure and services sectors. Created in 1922, the family-owned company based in Normandy, has become over the years a key regional player in the public works sector. The Group mainly operating in Normandy and Ile-de-France (Paris area), has developed an expertise in the field of highway roadworks with, for example, the construction of the road section of the A28 between Rouen and Alençon or the A29 from Beuzeville to Honfleur both located in Normandy. The transaction includes the sale of 4 subsidiaries of Groupe Le Foll: - Le Foll TP: highway roadworks, urban development and civil engineering works - Transloc: transport and equipment rental - Lennuyeux: demolition of industrial plants, buildings and art works - Sepra, construction of small residential programs and public facilities Groupe Le Foll, representing a turnover of €45m, will maintain its independence, as well as benefit from Spie Batignolles's commercial synergies.
