Natixis Partners advised the shareholders of GEOTEC group in its capital reorganization with the investment of JADEL alongside its historical shareholders Alliance Entreprendre and BDR INVEST

Based in Quetigny, near Dijon, GEOTEC group, is one of the French leaders in the geotechnical sector with locations in France and Belgium. The group has recomposed its board by maintaining its confidence in Alliance Entreprendre and BDR INVEST, shareholders since 2015, and welcomes JADEL to continue its international development. The group, which reported a turnover of nearly €88M in 2021, is planning a new development cycle focused on its international expansion after achieving six acquisitions in 6 years, which should enable it to reach a turnover of €110M by 2025.
