Natixis Partners advised Andera Partners, Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance on the acquisition of Ellisphere, alongside its Management team

A digital player of the BtoB information market in France and abroad, Ellisphere is one of the French leaders in Business Intelligence. The decision-making solutions offered by Ellisphere incorporate highly qualified data and third-generation scoring based on Artificial Intelligence and machine learning. Designed to improve decision-making processes, these solutions enable decision-makers to develop their client portfolio, monitor their financing risks and comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Ellisphere employs 300 people and achieved in 2018 a turnover of about €50M. The group was majority owned by the investment fund AnaCap since April 2017. This transaction allows Ellisphere's management to increase their stake in the capital and to benefit from a new tour de table to support the group's growth and development strategy.
