NATIXIS PARTNERS ACTED AS FINANCIAL ADVISOR TO LUXEMPART ON THE ACQUISITION OF A MINORITY STAKE IN COUTOT-ROEHRIG

Natixis Partners acted as financial advisor to Luxempart on the acquisition of a minority stake in family-owned group Coutot-Roehrig alongside its management, including its majority shareholder Guillaume Roehrig. Founded in 1894, Coutot-Roehrig is the European leader in estate genealogy, specializing in the research, identification, and location of heirs in the case of an inheritance without identified heirs. With more than 5,000 estates settled per year, the group leverages the multidisciplinary skills of 300 employees in 46 branches, including 12 abroad, a network of exclusive international correspondents and a proprietary digital database containing more than one billion data points. Luxempart is partnering with Guillaume Roehrig, who remains the majority shareholder of the group, to support the company in its development in existing markets and through external growth in new European markets.
