NATIXIS PARTNERS ADVISED GROUPE CHEVRILLON ON ITS INVESTMENT IN CODYSSÉE

Formed in 2021 through the merger of Cardiweb and Ecocea La Fabrique, Groupe Codyssée is a digital services company specialized in the development of differentiated, business-critical and strategic IT projects. Leveraging its high level of technical expertise and its operational excellence model, the Group delivers its services through four specialized “speedboat” subsidiaries: Cardiweb, Ecocea La Fabrique, Noesio and Komity. These entities carry out high value-added projects in areas such as e-commerce and omnichannel solutions, clienteling applications, smart office tools, media and consumer applications. With 180 employees based in Paris, the Group has experienced strong revenue growth in recent years and is expected to reach €25 million in sales in 2025. As part of this transaction, founders Amaury Fontana and Edouard Dujardin retain majority ownership and have brought key managers into the shareholding structure. The founders of Codyssée now aim to leverage this partnership with Groupe Chevrillon to further structure the company’s organic growth and accelerate its external growth strategy.
