Natixis Partners advised the shareholders of CARRIESCOPIC on its sale to EUROLEV VERTICAL SOLUTIONS, a subsidiary of BERTO Group

For more than 50 years, CARRIESCOPIC has been involved in the rental of construction, lifting and handling machines dedicated to professionals in industry, construction and public works. Mainly located along the Lyon-Romans-Montélimar axis, CARRIESCOPIC is recognized by major clients for the quality and diversity of its fleet of machines, the quality of its services and for its ability to intervene quickly in a privileged area extending over a 400 km radius around Valence. The company now employs nearly 100 people over 5 sites (3 agencies and 2 warehouses), allowing it to be reactive and meet the requirements of various types of construction sites throughout France. CARRIESCOPIC stands out from its competitors thanks to its recent and efficient fleet, composed of around 2,500 machines and more than 80 different models. This singularity is valued by customers who can find at CARRIESCOPIC models that few players in the sector can offer. The company also enjoys an excellent reputation thanks to the quality of its services (internalized delivery within 24h). After several decades of development, Nicolas and Sarah Carrier chose to back the company with EUROLEV VERTICAL SOLUTIONS, a subsidiary of the BERTO Group in order to allow CARRIESCOPIC to continue its development under the banner of a family group. With more than 30 years of experience, EUROLEV VERTICAL SOLUTIONS is a major player in the rental of lifting equipment for the construction, public works, industry and communities. Eurolev is present nationally thanks to  its 17 agencies and 100 employees spread throughout the territory. Natixis Partners acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of CARRIESCOPIC.
