Natixis Partners advised Groupe Bizness’ founders for the sale of a minority stake to Actual Leader Group

Founded in 2007 in Toulouse by current CEO Bruno Sola, who was quickly joined by Nicolas Riviere (co-founder and Managing Director), Groupe Bizness specializes in “New Generation Training” by building and offering innovative digital training solutions. The Group is a pioneer in digitization of corporate training programs, by building and offering innovative SaaS-based training solutions. Groupe Bizness is deployed in more than 30 countries and has 70 employees for a turnover of more than 12 million euros in 2019. The involvement of Actual Leader Group, through a minority stake, is the concrete manifestation of a joint interest to shake up and modernize the codes of training and education. With this deal, Groupe Bizness asserts its ambition to become a major player in new professional training generation in France and beyond its borders.
