Yann Le Fur completed the major part of his career in investment bank, beginning at Paribas in 1992, then Schroders/Citigroup and Mediobanca. After a sailing world tour with his family, he becomes M&A director at Alstom in 2011.
Yann Le Fur joins Natixis in 2015, first as Senior Banker covering big french groups, then in New York where he led the Corporate Finance Group. He currently is Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions and Chairman of Natixis Partners in Paris.
He advised over 50 companies and banks for Mergers and Acquisitions operations.
Yann Le Fur has been teacher in coporate finance in HEC for over 20 years. He is co-author of “Corporate Finance” (Wiley) and of “Finance d’Entreprise – Vernimmen” (Dalloz).
He is a graduate of HEC Paris.
Yann Le Fur
Hélène joined Natixis Partners in 2025 as Secretary general.
She started her career at Société Générale in 1992 where she held various positions, particularly in the finance derpartment, in structured finance, in property finance lease and in project financing, and lastly in Human Ressources where she ended as Head of remunerations for financing and investment banking activities.
She joined Natixis at the end of 2019, first as Head of remunerations, social benefits and HR reporting for the asset and wealth management, then as Head of remunerations and social benefits for all Natixis.
Hélène is a graduate of HEC.
Helene Lorentz
Laurent joined Natixis Partners in 2021 to take charge of cross-functional subjects, in particular Compliance and internal audit.
Graduated of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, he started his career at BNPP and then worked at Fortis Banque.
Later, Laurent worked for over 20 years at HSBC where he held positions in the Commercial department among the Corporate bank and then in the Trade Finance department, to finally manage the trade transactions processing teams.
Laurent Lagueny
Estelle joined Natixis Partners in 2024 as Financial Officer.
She started her career at BPCE group’s general inspection, where she conducted audits and strategic consulting on banking investment and asset management. Then, she joined Natixis CIB as Advisor to the Global Head of M&A activities, before integrating the Strategy department as Corporate M&A / Development Officer.
Estelle is a graduate of ESSEC.
Estelle Savinelli
Vincent joined Natixis Partners in 2020 and has over 29 years of experience in M&A.
He started his career at Rothschild in 1997 within the ABN AMRO Rothschild joint-venture and where he joined the Utilities and Infrastructure team in 2005. Vincent joined Natixis in 2012 as Head of France M&A, and then as Global Head of Infrastructure M&A from 2016.
He is a graduate of HEC.
