Natixis Partners advised the shareholders of Arcado on the sale of a majority stake to Groupe Chevrillon.

Arcado (Ambassadeur Régional des Charcuteries Authentiques) is a group specialized in the production of cured meat and local charcuterie, heir to centuries-old traditions. Established in the heart of the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, the group is a major player in the labeled charcuterie market, thanks to its flagship products such as Morteau and Montbeliard sausages (both under the EU Protected Geographical Indication label), as well as ham and parsley terrine from Burgundy. Driven by Olivier (CEO) and Richard Paget (Chairman), Arcado established as a defender of French charcuterie heritage by aggregating authentic regional know-how to ensure their national promotion. The group is now made up of five complementary brand companies (Jean-Louis Amiotte, Morteau Saucisse, Claviere, Chambade, Aux Produits Saugets) each with a strong DNA and invested in a well-defined societal mission. The group employs 370 people and achieves a turnover of around 100 million euros. With Chevrillon – a family group with shared values – as a shareholder, Arcado intends to pursue its ambitious development strategy aimed at making the group a market leader for quality labeled local charcuterie. Olivier and Richard Paget remain shareholders, along with four management members and Crédit Agricole Régions Investissement, an historical partner.
