Natixis Partners advised Interflora, owned by PAI Partners, on the sale of Renaud Distribution, its subsidiary specialized in the sale of decoration equipment and consumables to florists, to its management team with the support of Andera Acto and Arkéa Capital. Created in 1974 and part of Interflora since 1994, Renaud Distribution is the French leader in the wholesale of equipment for florists, garden centers and convenience stores. The company offers a constantly renewed range of more than 30,000 decorative items and supplies for floral creation to 13,000 florists in France. Products are sold online in the Company's 24 stores. With this operation, Andera Acto and Arkéa Capital are supporting the management in this move towards independence and in its development project. The Company intends to consolidate its position as the undisputed leader in its market while diversifying its customer base and maintaining strong commercial ties with the Interflora Group.
