Natixis Partners advised Cohabs for its fundraising (equity + subordinated debt) from Belgian public and private investors for a total amount of €58m

Advised by Natixis Partners and Tandem Capital Advisors, Cohabs closed on May 7^th, 2021 a €58m fundraising from Belgian public and private investors. Founded in 2016, Cohabs is a Brussels-based real estate start-up specialized in co-living and characterized by holding the properties and operations of its assets. In 4 years, Cohabs has developed a portfolio of 550 rooms mainly in Belgium, including the restructuring of historic sites in Brussels. Thanks to this operation, Cohabs becomes the European leader in coliving. This is the third round of financing for the company, which should enable it to consolidate its offer on its historical markets (Belgium & USA) and to expand in Europe.
