Natixis Partners advised a Batipart Group company in the sale of a portfolio of 24 healthcare assets in Spain and Northern Italy to Cofinimmo for a total amount of €340 million

Advised by Natixis Partners and Crédit Agricole CIB, a Batipart Group company has completed, in May 2021, after a competitive process, the sale to the Belgian real estate company Cofinimmo of two property portfolios of 24 healthcare assets: the first portfolio is composed of 18 assets in Spain and the second one of 6 assets in Northern Italy, representing a total value of €340m. The assets are occupied by leading operators (DomusVi, Kos, Korian and Codess Social) and secured by leases with an average duration of 15 years.
