Natixis Partners advised Onet Group in the sale of Axxis, its subsidiary dedicated to temporary staffing, to Gi Group, a leading Italian multinational HR solutions company. This disposal reflects the Onet Group’s desire to focus on its core business of engineering and services and to enable Axxis to be supported by a leading industrial partner. Active for more than 45 years with a turnover of c. 135 M€, Axxis is specialized in offering temporary staffing solutions, permanent recruitment and training to more than 1,700 clients especially for the construction, the industry, the nuclear and the airport sectors. Active in more than 50 countries across the globe and among the European leaders in HR solutions, this acquisition will enable Gi Group to improve its positioning in France thanks to 54 new branches across France. Gi Group in France is therefore expanding its temporary staffing offer throughout France with a total of 80 branches and now covers all sectors of activity.
