Who we are
Natixis Partners is the Natixis subsidiary dedicated to M&A advisory services in France.
It is part of a network of 10 «boutiques» and 3 teams dedicated to Mergers and Acquisitions, implanted in 14 countries and including more than 600 professionals.
Created in 2009 and purchased in 2015 by Natixis, the corporate and investment banking subsidiary of BPCE group, Natixis Partners benefits of the managerial autonomy of a «boutique» as well as the support of a world class financial institution.
With its strong team of over 80 professionals, Natixis Partners accompanies clients (various sizes of companies, private equity funds,…) with its recognised expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions advisory on all types of operations (sell-side, buy-side, strategic and financing advisory) in many business sectors and has an experience of over 600 transactions.
In recognition of its excellence in advisory services and profound commitment to the markets, Natixis Partners is named recipient of the Outstanding European M&A House (Group Category) and the Global M&A Leadership Excellence (Invidual Category) Awards at the Business and Industry Excellence Awards 2025-2026.
