Natixis Partners advised the shareholders of Superprod in their fundraising and the sale of a minority stake to Calcium Capital Partners

Founded in 2010 in Paris by Clément Calvet and Jérémie Fajner (both former executives of Gaumont-Animation), the Superprod Group is a key player on the entire value chain of the audiovisual sector. The Group has quickly become one of the leading firms in production and distribution of animated content (Lassie, PAT the Dog, Osmund, Calimero, etc.) and fiction (Dead Man Talking, la Taularde, etc.) for cinema and television. Keen to enter a new phase of its development, and in order to become a “mini-major” in the European audiovisual space, Superprod is delighted  to welcome Calcium Capital Partners as a minority shareholder, alongside its two founding partners. The arrival of Calcium Capital Partners will allow both co-founders to continue developing Superprod, through organic and external growth, which will help reinforce its international presence and allow for the development of new, already identified business lines.
