Natixis Partners advised the shareholders on the sale of Albemi to Béton des Monts du Lyonnais group

Albemi is an independant ready-mixed concrete (RMC) specialist located in the French side of Lake Geneva region, with 3 concrete plants between Annemasse and Thonon (Haute-Savoie, France). Established 40 years ago, the family group has developed over the recent years under the management of Alban Mouchet, the founder’s son, by expanding on 3 strategic locations with 35 truck-mixers, allowing to produce and deliver over 125 000 cubic meters of concrete annually. Also 100% family-owned group, led by Philippe Ville and his family, Béton des Monts du Lyonnais (BML) is a major RMC player in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, with over 300 employees and 24 concrete batching plants operating throughout the whole region, with strong presence in the Lyon area. With the acquisition of Albemi, BML group strengthens its presence in a strategic area, benefiting from a dynamic local market in close proximity of Switzerland and mountains, with strong local roots.
