April 26th, 2018 Natixis Partners has advised the shareholders of Groupe Saint George with respect to the sale of their shares to Oger Investissements

The shareholders of Groupe Saint George, a key player of private hospital clinics in Provence-Alpes-Cote d’Azur region, have sold their shares to Oger Investissements through its holding Kantys. This acquisition will enable Jean-Louis Oger to pursue its goal to create an independent private hospital group in France and, thus, play a role in the restructuring of national supply of hospital services.

Founded in 1969, Groupe Saint George is today a major player of private hospitalisation in the south of France. The Group includes five institutions (Clinique Saint George, Clinique Saint Antoine, Centres de convalescence Atlantis and La Serena and the psychiatric clinic Les Trois Solliès) using the most recent techniques with top-class equipment in medical imaging, cardiology examination, urinary, digestive, orthopaedic, pulmonary, etc. The Group facilities have succeeded in developing a complementary offer to establish an efficient care network. Groupe Saint George generated a turnover of c. €100m in 2017 and employs 900 people.
